One-year limited warranty is offered from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship of rattan/wicker, cushions and glasses. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unreasonable use.
This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Tips: The cushion cover is not recommended to be washed frequently, because frequent washing will damage the UV protection coating of the cover.

If the furniture is rejected by the buyer at the time of delivery, which leads to the return to our warehouse, or the return due to the buyer's personal reasons without any quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.
If you decide to return the furniture, please pack the goods according to the packing of our original shipment, all the packing of the inside bag can not be disassembled, ensure the packaging is good, damaged furniture need not be returned, please return the good furniture within one month after receiving the furniture.
